🔐 How to Perform Bulk Password Reset in Zoho

Using Zoho Directory (For Organizations Using Zoho Directory)

If your organization uses Zoho Directory:

  1. Log in to Zoho Directory Admin Console.
  2. Go to Users and select multiple users (using checkboxes).
  3. Click on ‘Actions’ → ‘Reset Password’.
  4. Optionally, choose to email new credentials or let users set their own via a reset link.
