Open your browser and go to: https://accounts.zoho.com
Below the login fields, click the “Forgot Password?” link.
Type your Zoho-registered email address.
Click on “Request” to receive the reset link.
You’ll receive an email from Zoho Accounts with the subject “Password Reset Instructions”.
Open the email and click on the Reset Password link.
Enter a new secure password.
Confirm the password and click “Reset”.
Go back to https://accounts.zoho.com and log in using your new password.
