How to Release Emails from Quarantine in M365

  1. Go to the Quarantine Portal
    Visit: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine

  2. Sign in with your M365 credentials.

  3. You'll see a list of quarantined messages. Use filters to narrow down results (e.g., subject, sender).

  4. Click on the email you want to release.

  5. In the preview pane, click “Release message”.
